Don Bosco Institute of Technology,Bangalore, celebrated Engineers Day-2018 by inviting honorable chief guest Dr. B S Basavarajaiah,Governing council member,DBIT & former Principal,NITK and the guest of honor as Dr.Nagana Gowda S J,Vicepresident,HR Global software,Bangalore.

Lighting ceremony was followed by chief guest speech, by recapping the achievements of Sir M.Visveswaraiah and the great teacher Dr. Radhakrishna.The other dignitaries such as Principal Dr. M Muralidhara Rao,Dr. R Krishna,Group director,Dr.A M Nagaraj,HOD,ME-department and Prof.C Prasanna Kumar,HOD,Civil-department also graced the function.

The staff co.ordinators Prof.Somashekar, Prof.Chandana and N C, Prof.Smitha K from Mechanical Engineering department and Prof.Ragavendra, Prof.Nayana, from Civil Engineering department co.ordinated throughout the program.
