Akshay S. Aspalli M.Tech, (MBA – Energy Management) is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electricals & Electronics Engineering for Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Bangalore and has 6 years of experience in teaching. He has received B.E degree in Electricals & Electronics Engineering from VTU, M.Tech degree in Power & Energy Systems Engineering from VTU & is Pursuing MBA in Energy Management at Schneider University. He also has a research experience at CSIR-NAL, bangalore for 6months and worked as Asst. Prof., in EEE Dept & Training & Placement Officer for 3 years at AIeMS , bidadi before joining DBIT.

Akshay S Aspalli always comes with New approaches to revitalizing teaching effectiveness include placing an emphasis on effective pedagogy and paying increased attention to the learning needs of students.
He is engaged in research activities, Presented 1 paper in national and 8 papers in international conferences and even published in journals. Also Conducted and attended several seminars, Faculty Development Programmes & workshops. Active Co-ordinator for Placement activities held in the institution. Co-ordinator for SPARK-AURA students’ forum, Actively co-ordinated the Co-curricular & Extra-curricular activities within & outside the campus in cultural & sports events also.
He performed well in all the responsibilities which all were given to him like Training & Placement officer, Boys hostel Warden, Class teacher, Proctor, Library and lab In charge, etc.
He coordinated and made it successful with the team as time table coordinator, VISMAY core member for 2015 & 2016, forum coordinator, discipline committee member, College energy management team member, Sports & cultural core committee member.
