Dr. R. Shashikala is an earnest academician with around 18 years of experience in Management education. She is a university rank holder in B.Sc and holds MBA degree from Kuvempu University. She later pursued PhD in Management from Bharathiar

She is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Research of Don Bosco Institute of Technology. She has vast academic experience and has worked in some of the reputed management institutions in Bangalore. She has successfully handled Marketing Management and General Management papers including Digital Marketing, Business Research Methods, Strategic Brand Management, Services Marketing, Rural and Agricultural Marketing, Retail Management, Business Perspectives, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Behaviour, etc. She has also guided 150+ MBA students in their dissertation work and publication in management journals. She is proficient in SPSS package and has conducted workshops for MBA students.
