Mr. Jai Prakash Prasad is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Bangalore and has a career spanning over fifteen years in the field of Engineering education and Research. He has completed his graduation in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in the year 1999, Master of Technology in Digital Electronics & Communication System in the year 2002 from VTU, Belgaum and pursuing Doctor of Philosophy (Thesis Submitted in 2016) in Wireless Communication and Networks from VTU, Belgaum. He has published 24 Technical Papers in International Journals / National / International Conferences in the last 5 years. He is life member of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers.

Academic and Co-curricular Responsibilities :
He is sincerely committed to his teaching profession and is engaged in Research activities, Mentoring, Project Guidance, Lab In-charge and other Department & Institute related activities.
