Mr. Brijesh Singh is the Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies and Research, DBIT. His area of interests includes subjects like Finance, Personal Finance, Tax Management and Research. He is pursuing Ph.D in the area of Behavioral Finance. Teaching and Research in mainstream Post Graduate Management education field contributing to the skill set development of budding managers of tomorrow.He has also organized several national and international conferences. Organized SEVEN National level FDP on Research Methods – Tools and techniques at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering.
Reviewing and interpreting the competition after in depth analysis of market
information to fine – tune the marketing strategies and escalate business volumes.
Driving business growth through identification and penetration of new market
segments for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue.
He has presented and published around 58 empirical research papers in national
and international conferences/ Journals of repute, pertaining to the areas of
Behavioral finance and Tax Implications. 4 papers have been published in the
SAGE JOURNALS. 12 papers have been published in the UGC LISTED
JOURNALS.
He is an Editorial member in Finance & Accounting area in the International
Journal of Contemporary Management Research, Taiwan and Editorial member in
International Journal of Informational Technology & Management sciences.
Previously he has held the various positions which include Assistant Professor,
MBA Program (VTU) Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, K S School of
Engineering and Management, Associate professor and HOD. He has also worked
in companies like Eureka Forbes and B&M Hot Breads.
His academic credentials include a Commerce degree, MBA in Finance and
Marketing and M.Phil in Management.
